Personality:
Uratino is very spirited, exceedingly headstrong, fiercely loyal, and extremely generous. If he takes on a task, he will consistently put in 160% effort and follow it through to the absolute end (he would attempt to come back from the dead if he had to in order to complete it). When his friends need help, he is the first to offer assistance and will do anything he can do to aid them within the limits of legality and morality. Rarely does he get his feelings hurt or offended, though there are still a few things that will cause him great anguish and he will always try to mask his suffering with a cheerful expression if at all possible. However, since coming to MSF, he has taken it upon himself to make as many friends as possible to take advantage of his second chance.
Despite this, he still maintains a small sliver of his tendency to shy away from others, yet it is usually overcome within a few minutes of conversation. Also due to his past, Uratino is always polite even when filled with rage, has a penchant for cheesy jokes except in most serious situations, and enjoys showing off his cheer and happiness whenever he can. Even though he enjoys acting cute and silly, there are times when he lets out his deeply philosophical and incredibly intelligent thoughts and feelings. Yet as soon as he realizes he let them slip, he usually attempts to cover it up.

Timmy- Large over-sized hammer staff with the words “Timmy the Hammer of Justice” engraved on it (It looks like it’s solid steel and a bit larger and heavier than he should be able to carry but is actually just hollow sturdy plastic. He mostly uses this as a bluff, or at times a joke, but can use it for battle if necessary)
Sacred Armor of Saint Alexial Rastigo- a platinum bracelet with gold accents and two small sapphires that has its name engraved on it. As a protective bracelet, it produces a field of defense and in certain light seems to gleam as if it were armor.
Clothes: He normally wears a silky blue briault and white pants embroidered with beautiful blue, gold, and silver accents, as well as matching boots and gloves. He has a holder for his hammer strapped on him yet it is hidden except for the part that his hammer rests in. If he’s not wearing this, he either wears casual clothes or one-piece pajamas with matching nightcap, but this is only when he is about to sleep or sleeping.

Description: Uratino draws Body energy into an orb between his hands before he smacks the orb into the target of his spell with his palm.
Added Advantages:
Bishy/Androgynous- Not only is Uratino a cute Chibi, he's a VERY cute Chibi with a childlike appearance and air about him... he doesn't have many of the distinguishing features that separate males and females either, not to mention his actions usually just leave people wondering...
Magic Specializations: Purity- Being pretty much trapped in his previous life and forced to support an organization that caused misery, Uratino had a strong desire to both 'Become someone that could help others'... because of these desires and the change he experienced upon arrival, his magic shifted slightly to match, granting him a stronger connection to purity element.
Disadvantages:
Big Softy- Uratino had caused enough misery in his past life, so he just can't bring himself to actually act scary now. Plus, he'd rather make friends anyway.
Obsession: Highly Shiny Objects- Uratino, the character that Alexander played, had a thing about objects with a beautiful sheen to them, which permeated Uratino's mind when he arrived... also, he enjoys playing the part of the 'cute and adorable' Chibi, and his obsession helps.
Extreme Obsession: Vivi's Crystal Brooch- Even though he doesn't need the brooch to survive, he agreed to let Vivi stay with him so he will go through hell just to keep her brooch with him at all times.
Curse- Shared Fate: With the gift of being linked to Vivi comes the curse of being linked to Vivi. Uratino and Vivi share a single physical existence and as such damage to one is damage to both, making HP and MP loss apply as well as death/unconsciousness apply to both.

Bio:
He was born on an Altearth that developed on a similar path to most others, except that MMORPG’s were so popular, their fans nearly worshipped them as a religion. His mother was an officer with the local police force and his father was a gifted programmer with the largest MMORPG corporation in the world. Neither had any family left but still held hope that they would start one of their own. They met online while enjoying the worldwide favorite pastime and upon meeting in person they quickly fell deeply in love. Not long afterwards, they were married and eventually had a son. Though that’s where things went downhill.
Uratino was born Alexander C. Tinoura, and his life was very troubled though most of it was not his fault. Born an only child, he was the last in his entire family’s line. His parents divorced when he was young and his mother raised him by herself while still maintaining her job as a police officer. Through all this hardship, Alex made every attempt to remain cheerful and upbeat.
His mother saw great potential within Alex, and he was enrolled in a private school. As his mother expected his grades were quite exemplary and he had a knack for computers and programming. Although, his great success combined with his lack of physical aptitude made him the recipient of a great amount of teasing and the constant target for most of the bullies. During all this, his friends were few and far between and were usually limited to those he met in online games, yet Alex continued to hold on to his lively and good-natured disposition. The abuse would continue until he graduated high school, at which time he began to have hope for the future.
After he graduated, he had planned to attend a prestigious MMORPG programming college. However, his mother was killed in the line of duty while saving a family from a home invasion, and his father was killed a local crime syndicate because of some “favors” for which he owed them a substantial amount of money. The untimely deaths of his mother then his father crushed his plans for happiness before they could come to fruition. The funerals for his parents were expensive and his father’s massive debt with the syndicate fell to Alex upon his death. This monetary deficiency forced him to find a full-time job to pay his legal debts instead of going to college, yet he still had the illegal debt to pay and worked out a deal. After months of searching, he had managed to find a decent paying job at a local superstore where he could also moonlight as the syndicate’s computer flunky. He would stay at this job until his own untimely death.
Since his parents were gone and he had no family left, Alex began to feel incredibly lonely at his job and his concern for not drawing friends into the syndicate made him feel even lonelier. Due to this, he had great difficulty maintaining his once happy appearance. During this time, he started giving as much as he could to charities and the small circle of friends he had in real life because he felt his illegal activities were dishonoring the ideals his mother taught him and died for. He quickly retreated into the world of online games which allowed him to escape reality and become the cheerful person he used to be, if only for a short while. The money he didn’t give away or used to pay his debts, he spent on his computer and the online games he played, both of which would eventually be the instruments of his demise. You see, although Alex had a great knowledge about upgrading and tweaking his equipment as well as programming it, he cut many corners in order to boost the efficiency and performance of it.
One dark and very stormy night, he was fixated on his favorite game and was in the middle of a long and difficult quest. He had always hated to leave things unfinished and continued to play as the storm raged around him. The thunder grew louder but he simply put his headphones on to cover the noise. Suddenly a bolt of lightning struck the apartment building he was in at the time and electricity surged throughout the electrical wiring. This power caused his computer to overload and explode, as his tweaking put the power dangerously close to its limit before the surge. To compensate for the risk he created with his tinkering, Alex put the whole system on a surge protector and foolishly thought that it would save him. However, he had used a 3-prong to 2-prong converter on it and the surge protector’s failsafe was rendered useless. Along with the computer’s explosion which resulted in his apartment catching on fire, the surge sent a large shock to his body, knocking him nearly unconscious. As he fell out of his chair and lost consciousness he only had a fleeting glimpse of his situation, yet it was enough for him to realize his life was at an end.
When he awoke in MSF High School, he did so as though he were waking from a peaceful afternoon nap. Due to his past, he hadn’t really cared if he lived or died so he was less shocked than most when he discovered he was still alive. It wasn’t until he discovered that he was in a different body that he began to realize the situation. Though he was slightly startled at the discovery, it rapidly turned to curiosity and he quickly searched for a mirror. Upon seeing his small yet adorable new form, he decided that he shouldn’t waste this second chance at a better life, free from his financial problems and in a world of magic he only found while playing his games. Also, he decided to learn magic of healing and support so he didn’t have to rely on his talents in programming in computers as he wanted forgiveness for his involvement in the syndicate’s wrongdoings.
With renewed vigor and zest for life, he decided he should take on the name of the character which was his online persona that just so happened to resemble his current form, Uratino. Also, in memory of a dear friend he had met while playing said character and had always tried to cheer him up, he decided to use his name too. So he proudly announced his name, Uratino Frozenflamey, and prepared for the new life that now lie ahead of him.
Other random information:
- Due to his world’s love and obsession with MMORPG’s, Uratino uses emote actions quite often (usually a dancing one).
When fighting, he often uses boastful and heroic phrases but they are always said with a huge grin on his face (unless the battle is life or death he views them as games with friends and acts accordingly).
Since his interactions with his friends were mostly online, he is rather dense on subtle cues and rarely picks up on them (even if they are verging on the ridiculously obvious).
He knows his actions and words annoy people at times and if asked directly he will more than happily oblige to tone it down (though he still acts cute and silly, just on a lower level).
He has a habit of using cute nicknames for his friends and even random people he just met (the ones he uses for friends are a bit more respectful but still remain true to his style).
Although he has great skills in programming he stubbornly refuses to use them as he sees them as the instruments of his past sins (the syndicate forced him to hack systems, steal information, and create viruses. One of his viruses was even created with an advanced AI and wrought havoc across the planet’s MMORPG systems before it suddenly stopped without reason).
Although a person may be his bitter rival, he still views them as a friend and will heal and aid them if they so need it (besides, rivals are not as fun if they are truly enemies, or dead).
